1. Don't plant close to hedges - this will limit the amount of sun that th plant would receive therefore it would not grow as healthy as those which receive good amount of sun.
(as for my case i've planted near hedges cause some extra seedlings and to make use of the space, somehow some of the plants didn't turned out)
Let us compare with this batch, planted same day, but under the green shade and no hedges in between,
Look much healthier and bigger, right?
2. Don't plant small plant in between big plants or different ages of plant together (the competition will arise between plants, and the smallest would not be able to get reasonable amount of sun lights - it will ends up with the smallest plant matured as an unhealthy plant.
(as for my case i've planted same age of plant much earlier, somehow the plant in the middle earlier died and i've replaced the the leftover seedling to make use of it. now i have to transfer this small plant somewhere else, so that it will grow better)
This is how it would be when they become matured. the small plant in between 2 big plants did not grow well and matured as very small and unhealthy plant.
Somehow, if you have big space for planting it doesn't really matter if u didn't get good result 10% out of the whole batch you've planted. say if you've planted 15 plants and out of it 3 or 4 didn't turned out good, doesn't matter, cause at least you still have at least ten for your home vegetable supply and that's still a lot!
The parable of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah, is that of
a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allah
gives manifold increase to whom He wills. And Allah is All-Sufficient for His
creatures' needs, All-Knower.(2:261)
